
Giosuè Agius is a Maltese tenor from Malta. He studied extensively with American
tenor Michael Trimble and is currently continuing his vocal training under the
tutelage of soprano Gillian Zammit at the Opera Nova Project in Malta. He has
performed operatic scenes as Nemorino (L’elisir d’amore) and Le Remendado
(Carmen). He made his stage debut as the First Armored Man in Mozart’s Die
Zauberflöte and later sang the role of Lensky in a concert version of Tchaikovsky’s
Eugene Onegin. He has also appeared as the tenor soloist in Mozart’s Requiem in D
minor, K. 626, with the Three Palaces Festival. In the summer of 2026, he will
perform the roles of the Duke of Mantua (Rigoletto) and Basilio (Le nozze di Figaro)
at the Mediterranean Opera Festival
